To the Homeowners of Canterbury Cove:
Following a thorough evaluation of our community’s rising maintenance costs, the HOA dues for 2026 will be adjusted to $70 per month (a $5 increase from the current $65 rate).
We also want to clarify our policy regarding prepayments. While we appreciate the diligence of those who have paid multiple years in advance, we can no longer accept payments beyond the current calendar year. Because dues are subject to change based on the annual budget, this policy ensures all accounts remain accurate and up to date.
The only exception to this rule applies to dues collected during the closing process of a home sale. For all other inquiries or special requests, please reach out to the current Director, Bart Reeder.
